InsideOut Body Therapies (IOBT) offers a variety of services to help you meet your fitness, healthcare, and wellbeing goals. Our staff collaborate and communicate to support your on your path. There is no one "right way" to begin your journey with us, but depending on your current goals some paths can be more effective. Below are a few suggestions.

Alternative Fitness

If your goal is to get in better shape or gain core strength and flexibility, IOBT offers the following fitness options:


Pilates is the primary exercise system at IOBT. This comprehensive system of exercises stretches, strengthens, and balances the whole body with an emphasis on posture, mindfulness, alignment, and coordinated, flowing movement. InsideOut offers both Classical and Contemporary Pilates instruction with Third and Fourth Generation Instructors. Look here for a more detailed description of the form.

InsideOut offers Pilates through Private Instruction and Classes. We teach leveled Equipment Classes on all the apparatus as well as classical Pilates Mat Classes and Pilates-Based Floor Classes.

TRX® and Personal Training

TRX Suspension Training and Personal Training at IOBT combine more traditional, full body fitness training with a strong emphasis on form, alignment and technique. We offer TRX, weight training, plyometrics, BOSU balance work, and interval training.


Yoga classes at IOBT are taught in small groups, providing opportunity for the instructor to give plenty of individual attention and hands-on adjustments. Our yoga classes are designed to challenge students physically as well as encourage relaxation, meditation, and spiritual inquiry.

Where to Begin?

Private Training

Consider taking advantage of the studio's ongoing New Client Special: Two Private Training sessions for $100. Private sessions are a helpful option for clients to access their fitness level, create goals, and to receive personal assistance with form, motivation, and other individual needs. Please note - Two private Pilates sessions are required prior to registering for Pilates Equipment Classes.

Group Classes

Pilates Equipment Classes

IOBT requires new students to Pilates to take two private training sessions before registering for classes. Please let your instructor know that your intention is to join the equipment and they will gladly help to prepare you! It is highly recommended to begin with Level One and progress to the higher leveled classes per the recommendation of instructors. Clients can register for classes through our online scheduling system - Mindbody Online.

Floor Classes

IOBT offers a variety of floor classes. Client's new to Floor Classes at IOBT can either receive 15% off their first class package or take advantage of a $11 single drop in rate. Our Beginning Level or All Level Classes are a great place to explore the many exercise forms taught at the studio. Clients new to the studio should begin with Level One floor classes or email the front desk for suggestions at Please check out the studio's class schedule. Alternative Healthcare and Rehabilitation

Pilates-Based Physical Therapy

Pilates-Based Physical Therapy (PBPT) is an approach to healing grounded in the moving body. We assess and treat the whole person - not just an injury or symptom - through Pilates exercises and traditional physical therapy methods. At IOBT, we are particularly adept at identifying and correcting problematic postural and movement patterns that can cause you pain. We believe that you can feel better when you move better.

Bodywork and Acupuncture

Another way to start the path towards health and healing at IOBT is through Bodywork services and Acupuncture. Please refer to our Bodywork and Acupuncture pages for additional information on the amazing benefits of this work.

It is common for clients to utilize a combination of services to best fit their physical and emotional needs. A team of practitioners are available to help coordinate a plan to keep you motivated, committed and inspired towards health.

Pilates Teacher Training, Continuing Education, Mentorships

IOBT offers a Pilates Teacher Training Program licensed through The Pilates Center of Boulder. As a teaching facility, the studio also offers CEC's for Pilates practitioners that are both PMA® and Master Program approved through The Pilates Center of Boulder.

IOBT will be offering a Therapeutic Pilates Mentorship in 2014 for current Pilates Instructors. Details will be coming soon!
