I always feel so much better when I leave class. I feel taller and stronger, and I feel so much more confident. Especially as we live in this chaotic world, I feel really strong and powerful and happy. I love this community. They are supportive, and encouraging. Everyone is so positive. I feel very very lucky to be here.”

Doing Pilates always makes me feel better afterward. I feel less stressed, and I feel like I’m keeping my body from totally falling apart. I just love it. It’s relaxing and it’s invigorating! InsideOut is a marvelous place! All of the instructors know what they are doing. Everyone is kind and generous-spirited, and it is wonderful!

Since I have taken up Pilates, my back issues are under control. Practicing Pilates has transformed my life from one of being in chronic pain to being able to manage that. It has allowed me to continue running, biking, and doing all sorts of exercises that I used to do before I started doing Pilates. The other amazing thing about Pilates, I think, is that it is such a centering activity because of the deliberate, slow nature of it. It’s a nice contrast to other forms of exercise, which tend to be much more dynamic.

I love the consistent support of taking classes at InsideOut and having the InsideOut team as a resource! No matter how my body or journey have changed over the years, Pilates has helped me feel strong and capable of doing new, challenging things!
To potential InsideOut students, I would say come because it’s fun, it’s supportive, and you can probably do some things that you never imagined you can do!

I feel like I’ve known Deborah from the beginning of time. And I met Mischa as soon as she started. I feel like I’m part of the studio. They have helped me take care of my body all these years and that has helped me take care of my mind. I am still here after 20 years. What more do I need to say than that?

Everyone here is so professional and knows what they are doing. They take a lot of care and caution with you and customize your workout to what you need. [Practicing Pilates] has made such a big difference in my health, my stamina, and my flexibility. I just can’t say enough great things about the studio, and especially working with Jessica!
Lynn
Every instructor with whom I have worked with understood my situation in advance, and has skillfully guided me as they guide other class members who have different health issues.
Marjorie
I would highly recommend Inside Out Body Therapies to anyone – anyone! – who is looking to rehab an injury, improve their overall fitness, and age more gracefully. I’m truly grateful to be one of their clients.
