Fitness and Wellness:

Pilates and Private Instruction
Private instruction is a helpful option for clients to access their fitness level and address individual concerns. We highly recommend that new clients take at least 1-2 Private Pilates sessions before signing up for Group Equipment Classes. Introductory workshops are also available.  If you are recovering from an injury, please schedule a private session before enrolling into classes.

Small Group Classes

  • Pilates Equipment Classes
We highly recommend that new clients take at least 1-2 Private Pilates sessions before signing up for Equipment Classes or enrolling in an Introductory workshop.
  • Mat Classes
There are a variety of mat classes from beginner to advanced levels online and in-studio.  Pilates Mats are provided.

Back to Health Classes (BTH)
Back to Health classes include both Equipment and Mat classes and are open to all beginners wanting a gentle approach to movement. Classes are small in size and structured to provide clients a safe and supported environment.

Healthy Bones Program

The Healthy Bones (HB) program is a combination of workshops and classes focused on healthy, safe movement for clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis.  Classes embrace modified Pilates exercises, to build core strength, weight bearing exercises to maintain bone mass and muscle tone, balance exercises, and postural support.

Pilates-Based Physical Therapy

Our network is extensive and we work with many clients referred by Duke Sports Med, Duke Athletics, and many local physicians. We assess and treat the whole person, not just an injury or symptom, through Pilates exercises and traditional physical therapy methods. If you are wanting to try our Pilates-Based Physical Therapy (PBPT) approach, be sure to check with your physician. The studio does not file insurance and provides all the appropriate documents for clients to file on their own. At InsideOut Body Therapies, we are particularly adept at identifying and correcting problematic postural and movement patterns that can cause you pain. We believe that you can feel better when you move better.

Please visit our Pilates-Based Physical Therapy (PBPT) page for additional information, and studio forms.  To schedule, please in**@in********************.com">email or call the studio – 919-361-0104.
